Lola Dispatch is operated by Lola Health Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales, Company No. 15961806, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. By using Lola Dispatch you agree to these Terms. Where your organisation has a signed agreement with us, that agreement takes priority if the two conflict.
Lola Dispatch lets client businesses book mobile blood collection visits and lets self-employed phlebotomists receive and carry them out. It arranges sample collection only. It does not analyse samples, interpret results or give medical advice.
Accounts are by invitation only. You must give us accurate information, keep it up to date and keep your sign-in secure. Phlebotomists must meet the requirements we set out when inviting them and tell us promptly if they stop meeting them.
You must act professionally, keep patient information confidential, use it only for the visit it was shared for, and follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Client businesses pay for visits at the agreed rates. Phlebotomists are paid for completed jobs at the rate shown when they accept the job, and are responsible for their own tax. Payments are processed by our payment provider.
Phlebotomists work as independent contractors, not as our employees, and are responsible for their own practice and insurance.
If a business has sent you a link to book a visit, the visit is arranged for that business. If you are asked to pay, the price is shown before you pay. For questions about your test or results, contact the business that sent you the link.
Lola Dispatch is not for emergencies. In a medical emergency, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent advice that is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Content and software on Lola Dispatch belong to Lola Health Ltd or its licensors.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, and our Data Processing Agreement applies to patient data we handle for client businesses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using Lola Dispatch at any time. We may suspend or close an account if these Terms are breached or where we need to protect patients, other users or the platform. Amounts already owed remain payable.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away any rights you have under the law of the part of the UK where you live.
