Nothing personal until someone accepts
An offer shows the postcode, distance and time, never the patient’s name, address or phone number. Those go to the one phlebotomist who accepts.
Works without signal
Jobs live on the phlebotomist’s phone. Arrivals, identity checks and completion steps queue offline and sync when signal returns.
Barcode before the doorbell
The sample barcode is issued when the job is accepted, so it is on the device before the visit starts.
Documents checked, expiry tracked
Our team reviews each phlebotomist’s DBS certificate, qualification, insurance and ID. Expiry dates are tracked, and an expired document suspends the account.
When the network can’t take it
An unanswered offer moves to the next nearest phlebotomist. If nobody in our network can take the job, our team can refer it to an approved partner provider. It stays on the same record, so you follow it the same way.
Book from your own systems
The Integration API creates bookings and patient booking links, with keys limited to the scopes you choose. Signed webhooks tell your systems when a job moves.
