How it works

One blood draw, from booking to a collected sample, and who sees what along the way.

Step 1
Book the draw
Your team books in the client portal, or your own system books through the Integration API. You can also send a patient a booking link so they choose the time themselves.
Step 2
We offer it to nearby phlebotomists
The job is offered to approved phlebotomists whose coverage area includes the patient. An offer shows the postcode, distance and time, never the patient’s name, address or phone number. If nobody answers in time, it moves to the next nearest.
Step 3
A phlebotomist accepts
The patient’s details and the sample barcode go to that phlebotomist’s phone. If no one in our network can take the job, our team can refer it to an approved partner provider, and it stays on the same record.
Step 4
The visit
The phlebotomist marks the journey and arrival, checks the patient’s identity, and works through the job’s completion steps. The app keeps working without signal and syncs when it returns.
Step 5
Sample collected
The job closes when the sample is collected and handed over. You see each status change as it happens, and invoices and payments run through Stripe.
