We do not publish a price list. Tell us what you collect, how often and where, and we will talk it through when we set up your account.

Agreed before you book

Access is by invitation, and pricing is part of setting up your organisation. We agree it with you before the first job.

You approve changes

If a job needs a different price from the one agreed, it waits for your approval in the client portal before it goes ahead.

Invoices in the portal

Invoices and payments run through Stripe, and your invoices are listed in the client portal.
