Phlebotomists are paid weekly via direct bank transfer. After completing a job and submitting the required completion steps, the payment is processed in the next weekly payout cycle. Detailed earnings breakdowns are available in the phlebotomist dashboard at all times.
Prices displayed on the Lola Dispatch platform are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Invoices generated after each completed job provide a full breakdown including any VAT charges. Phlebotomists are self-employed contractors and are responsible for their own tax obligations.
